24-hour Cancellation Policy

Please note this appointment time is reserved especially for you, therefore we require 24 hours’ notice, not including weekends and holidays, for all cancellations to enable someone else the opportunity to book in with us. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given(or we receive cancellation notice when we are closed on weekends and holidays) a cancellation fee of $50 or more will apply. This fee is applicable to all treatment and follow-up appointments.

We offer consultations for laser hair removal, tattoo removal, skin rejuvenation, AviClear, and body sculpting. All consultations are $15, and we require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your consultation to avoid forfeiting the $15 fee.

When booking online or for your first treatment, a $50 minimum deposit will be collected and applied to the cost of your treatment. This deposit is refundable, or transferred in the case of rescheduling, only if 24 hours’ notice (not including Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays), is given for the cancellation or rescheduling. All refunds are subject to a 5% refund fee eg.$50(minimum deposit) – $2.50(5% refund fee) = $47.50 refund and there are no refunds on the consultation fee.

If you are running late for an appointment, please let us know as soon as you can and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation fee will apply.

Consultation Treatment Pricing

Our procedures and technology are continually monitored and upgraded as needed to provide the best results. These changes may affect treatment pricing, therefore prices that are quoted during consultations will only be valid for 1 month after the consultation.

Refund Policy – Services

Refunds are not available for services rendered. Most services require more than one treatment for continued improvement and each individual is unique. Therefore, only an approximation can be made to determine the number of treatments necessary to improve/correct a particular skin condition, and there are no guarantees.

Referral credits are non-transferrable, have no cash value and are valid for 12 months from the date received. These credits are valid for new services only and are not applicable to product purchases.

Gift cards are not refundable and must be used towards our services or products.

Pre purchased promotions are not refundable and must be redeemed within 6 months of purchase, or regular pricing will apply.

Regular priced pre purchased treatments are refundable up to 18 months after purchase and are subject to a 5% refund fee. After 12 months there are no refunds, but any unused treatments will be honoured. Additional charges may apply due to pricing increases.

Refund Policy – Service Packages

All packages purchased are refundable up to 12 months after the purchase date. Any package treatments received will be charged at the original per treatment price and any remaining payment will be refunded, minus a 5% refund fee. After 12 months of a package purchase, no refunds will be given but any unused treatments will be honoured. Additional charges may apply due to pricing increases.
All Laser Hair Removal packages(includes 6 treatments) must be completed within 18 months of the purchase date to qualify for continued reduced pricing after the package is complete(Forever Fresh).

Refund Policy – Product Purchases

Regular priced product purchases are eligible for refunds/exchanges up to 5 days after the purchase date if:

  • the item you purchased is in the same condition as purchased.
  • unused and in the original packaging(no broken seals).
  • regular priced items only.  All sale items are final sale.

Online retail product purchases must be picked up within 72 hours of the the order, or a refund will be issued and items will be returned to stock.
All refunds are subject to a 5% refund fee.

Privacy/Media

We take client confidentiality seriously, and do not discuss any details of our clients and their treatments to other clients.

Client files stored digitally, including photographs, are HIPPA Compliant to ensure confidentiality.

We will ask for verbal and written permission first, if we would like to showcase before and after photos in-house or on our website and social media platforms; we black out eyes or crop photos to maintain as much privacy as possible.

Gratuity

Providing a comfortable and friendly environment, as well as, quality services and care, is what we always strive for at Fresh Laser Skin Studio. There is no need to pay anything else but for the services and/or products you purchased. Please let us know how you liked your service or if you have any concerns.

We do accept gratuity in the form of a great Google and/or Facebook review, as well as your referrals.

Realistic Treatment Outcomes

The goal of our treatments, as in any cosmetic procedure, is improvement, not perfection. The number of treatments and the results vary from person to person. There is no guarantee that the expected or anticipated results will be achieved despite the operator’s best efforts and no refund will be given for services rendered.

All of our technicians have been professionally educated and are Certified Laser and/or Skin Care Specialists. Additional training and mentoring is provided by Coral, who is the owner and has over 30 years of experience in the medical and aesthetic laser industry. Continuing education for staff, keeping up to date with equipment and techniques is standard practice at Fresh Laser Skin Studio.

Our Expectations of our Clients

Although we do our utmost to provide you the best services and pre and post treatment information, we realize that you may still have some concerns or questions after your treatment. You should receive a follow up email after your appointment, and we expect that you will contact us with any of your questions or concerns, as we are here to help. We will respond during business hours and possibly ask you to email a photo to better answer your question(s) or we can schedule a follow up appointment.
